Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations:

1. Refund Eligibility:
Participants in AppTekLab courses may request a refund under the following conditions:
  • 100% Money Back Guarantee within the first 3 classes of course enrollment.
  • The 100% Money-Back Guarantee becomes void in the following situations:
  • The money-back guarantee ceases to be applicable if the participant has accessed more than 3 classes or less than 20% of the course content or downloaded the video contents of classes.
  • If participants have accessed or shared more than 20% of the course content, they are not eligible for a refund.
  • Deductions will be applied based on the extent of content accessed as follows:
    • 20% content accessed – 75% refund
    • More than 20% accessed – No refund
2. Full Class Cancellation or Postponement:
  • AppTekLab reserves the right to reschedule or cancel class due to reasons such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen classes (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc)
  • If AppTekLab cancels an entire class or batch of classes, a 100% refund will be initiated for affected participants. The refund will be processed within 10 working days following resolution between the company and the participant
3. Class Rescheduling:
Requests for rescheduling of classes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Fees can be adjusted with the next available class if more than 60% of the classes remain, or if 20 days have not passed since the class start date.
4. Abuse of Refund Policy:
In cases where AppTekLab suspects abuse of the refund policy, the company holds the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and restrict current or future access to the company's products without incurring any liability to the user.
5. Violations of Terms:
AppTekLab treats violations of its Terms of Use and Honor Code seriously. The company is under no obligation to offer refunds to participants found in violation of these terms, even if refund requests are made within the designated refund period.
6. Policy Revisions:
AppTekLab reserves the exclusive right to update these Terms at any time, with users being notified of these changes by posting the updated Terms on the company's website.
